摘要
推导了铁路货车K6转向架的二系悬架在楔块处的等效纵向刚度,并在模型中对此刚度应用并验证。首先,根据力学理论知识,分析摇枕相对于侧架纵向运动时,两者的受力情况,从而推导出摇枕所受到的纵向力与摇枕的纵向位移之间的关系;接着基于SIMPACK轮轨运动仿真平台完成了C70敞车多体动力学的建模与仿真,通过与实测的数据对比,验证了模型的正确性,最后在此模型的基础上,利用纵向等效刚度计算出C70敞车的临界车速。
The research is to calculate and validate the equivalent stiffness between swingbolster and sideframe at the wedge of K6 bogie. The force system analysis for swingbolter and sideframe is conducted based on the mechanics theory when swingbolster moves in longitudinal direction. The a multi-body dynamics model for the heavy wagen C70 is built by Simpack software, and the simulation results are compared with the railway experimental data. According to the validated model, the critical speed of C70 is calculated using the equivalent stiffness.
