摘要
由于整车轻量化的设计需求目前在所有汽车行业的车型开发中占有非常重要的地位,且此需求贯穿了每个项目开发设计的整个过程。白车身是整车轻量化设计的主要研究对象。基于上汽项目开发设计需求,本文采用多目标优化设计理论和DOE分析方法,综合考虑白车身的多项性能设计指标,采用Hyperstudy工具,进行了多变量多目标的轻量化设计方法的研究。研究分析结果显示,该方法在保证多个性能指标满足设计要求的同时,成功实现了对白车身结构的轻量化设计。同时也体现了合理的有限元方法在结构优化设计中占有的重要地位。
The requirement of vehicle lightweight design is urgent during the vehicle research and development area, and this requirement is also impenetrated in the whole design and development process for a vehicle project. Body in White (BIW) is the main object of study during lightweight design. Based on the requirement of one project in SAIC, this paper studied the method of, Multi-objective Optimization (MOO) design for lightweight design, and the design of experiment (DOE) techniques with Hyperstudy tools, hanging many BIW performances together. All of those demonstrate that this method can carry the lightweight design work off, and all the performance satisfies the design targets. At the same time, it can reflect the importance of the right finite element design method used on body structure optimization.
