谷氨酸棒杆菌生产L-赖氨酸的培养优化和产酸特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在5L发酵罐中利用优化培养基进行了谷氨酸棒杆菌连续培养生产L-赖氨酸的研究。相同发酵条件下,优化培养基和原始培养基中的菌种生物量分别达到8.0g/L和9.3g/L,最快生长速率分别为0.53g/L/h和0.72g/L/h。发酵48h后,优化培养基中的L-赖氨酸浓度、产酸总量和糖酸转化率分别为20.8g/100mL、588.2g和0.713g酸/g糖,和原始培养基相比分别提高了6.1%、2.3%和12.2%。优化培养基显著降低了L-赖氨酸生产的原料消耗,提高了生产效率。 L-lysine production by Corynebacterium glutamicum with optimized medium through continuous fermentation was studied in 5L fermenters.Under the same conditions, bacterial biomass in optimized medium and original medium were respectively 8.0g/L and 9.3g/L, and the maximum production rate were 0.53g/L/h and 0.72g/L/h respectively.After 48 hours' fermentation, L- lysine concentration, L- lysine yield and conversion ratio were respectively 20.8g/100mL,588.2g and 0.713g/g for the optimized medium, which increased by 6.1%, 2.3% and 12.2% respectively compared with the original medium. Optimized medium significantly decreased the raw material consumption and increased the conversion efficiency of L-lysine production.
