两种手术方式治疗翼状胬肉的疗效比较

Effeicacy comparison of two kinds of surgical methods for pterygium

目的：比较两种不同手术方法治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法将我院于2008年3月至2012年6月收治的40例单侧翼状胬肉患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组20例。对照组采用翼状胬肉切除﹢生物羊膜移植术治疗，观察组采用翼状胬肉切除﹢自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗。术后比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组与对照组相比痊愈率更高，复发率和并发症出现的比率更低，治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉具有更好的临床效果，复发率低，并发症少，值得推广使用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of two surgical methods on pterygium. Methods From March 2008 to June 2012 ,40 patients with pterygium in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group. The 20 patients in the control group were cut off with biological amnion transplanting,and the 20 patients in the treatment group was cut off with limbal stem cell transplanting. The clinical effects of the two groups after the surgery were compared. Results Compared with control group,the cure rate of observation group was higher,the recurrence rates and complications were lower. There were significant differences（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusions Cutting off with limbal stem cell transplanting is more effective for pterygium than cutting off with biological amnion transplanting,with lower recurrence rate and fewer complications,it’s worthy popularizing.
