强直性脊柱炎的X线及CT影像学诊断

X-ray and CT imaging diagnosis of the ankylosing spondylitis

目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎的X线及 CT表现。方法收集98例强直性脊柱炎患者的 X线及CT资料。结果92例有骶髂关节表现异常，包括：早期关节面侵蚀、骨皮质局限性增厚、硬化，关节间隙正常；后期关节面呈虫蚀样改变，关节面皮质密度不规则增高，关节间隙增宽或变窄，最终关节间隙消失，骨性强直；其中12例髋关节、骶髂关节及腰椎均有不同程度异常。结论 X线及CT检查已成为诊断强直性脊柱炎的重要途径。

Objective To investigate the X-ray and CT imaging of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods X-ray and CT data of 98 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were collected and analyzed. Results Sacroiliac joints in 92 cases were abnormal：in early stage,articular face was affected and the bone cortex incrassated and osteosclerosis partly,joint space was normal;in late stage,vermiform destruction of bone was seen in articular face,the density of cortex was heighten irregular,joint space widen or narrow,and at last the joint space vanished,the joint ankylosed. Among them,the 12 cases of hip,sacroiliac joints and lumbar vertebra were abnormal. Conclusions X-ray and CT imaging diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis is an important way .
