黄芪及金银花药物牙膏对复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Toothpaste Containing Radix Astragali and Flos Lonicerae Extract for Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的:观察添加了黄芪、金银花提取物的中药牙膏对复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的复发性口腔溃疡患者35例,随机分为3组,即实验组、空白对照组以及阳性对照组。实验组14例采用添加含黄芪、金银花提取物的中药牙膏;空白对照组10例采用实验组的牙膏配方,但是不添加黄芪、金银花提取物;阳性对照组11例采用市售中药牙膏,在实验的第6天记录溃疡患者的溃疡期以及疼痛指数视觉类比量表(VAS)。结果:实验组总有效率为92.9%,空白对照组为45.5%,阳性对照组90.0%,实验组及阳性对照组总有效率均优于空白对照组(P<0.05)。实验组及阳性对照组VAS减少值均大于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论:添加了黄芪、金银花提取物的中药牙膏对复发性口腔溃疡有良好临床效果,特别是在缓解疼痛感觉方面。

Objective. To explore the curative effect of Chinese herbal toothpaste containing Radix Astragali and Flos Lonicerae extract for recurrent oral ulcer. Methods： Thirty-five qualified patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely treatment group, blank control group and positive control group. The treatment group was given toothpaste containing Radix Astragali and Flos Lonicerae extract. The blank control group was treated with toothpaste without Chinese medicine added. The positive control group received commercially available herbal toothpaste. On the sixth day of the experiment, the period of ulcer and the scores of Visual Analog Scale（VAS） were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 92.9% in the treatment group, 45.5% in the blank control group, and 90.0% in the positive control group. The treatment group and the positive control group had significantly higher effective rate than the blank group（P 〈 0.05）. The decrease of VAS scores in the treatment group and the positive control group was superior to that in the blank control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Chinese herbal toothpaste containing Radix Astragali and Flos Lonicerae extract has curative effect for recurrent oral ulcer, especially on relieving pain.
