微波联合中药治疗尿毒症透析患者鼻衄30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Microwave Therapy Combined with Chinese Herbs for Epistaxis in Uremia Patients Receiving Hemoialysis:A Report of 30 Cases

目的:观察微波联合中药治疗尿毒症透析患者鼻衄的临床疗效。方法:对30例尿毒症透析的鼻衄患者采用微波配合口服滋阴凉血方并局部外用云南白药治疗。结果:随访均超过6月,其中仅2例17月后复发,经同法治疗后未再出现鼻出血。结论:微波联合中药治疗尿毒症长期透析患者鼻衄安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of microwave therapycombined with Chinese herbs for epistaxis in uremia patients receiving hemodialysis. Methods： Thirty epistaxis patients receiving long-term hemodialysis were given microwave therapy and oral use and focal application of Chinese herbs. Results. All patients were followed up for more than 6 months. Only 2 cases relapsed 17 months after treatment, and then epistaxis did not occur after treatment with the sameregimen. Conclusion. Microwave therapy combined with Chinese herbs is safe and effective for epistaxis patients receiving long-term hemodialysis.
