On the Optimization of Filing Range of Agency Documents and Their Retention Period——Discussion with Liu Shuni and Shi Huimin

本文提出要立足行政规章的调整范围和调整对象来进一步完善档案保管期限表的编制。通过分析实践中的不足,思考建立档案行政管理部门编制通用表、行业主管部门编制专业表及执行情况检查制度来解决存在的问题。

This paper points out that it should be based on the regulations adjustment range and objects to further improve the preparation of the document retention schedule. To successfully solve the existing problems, the deficiencies in practice are analyzed, the archival administration department preparing common schedule and the industry department preparing specialized schedule are researched, and establishing the inspection system of the implementation of the document retention schedule is proposed.
