单一档案馆由于资源的有限,限制了自身职能的拓展与发挥,这是档案馆急需破解的难题。档案馆间要打破现有条件的局限,通过建立档案馆专家委员会、档案馆督导组、馆际联盟组织、合作组织、志愿者组织等团体,将档案馆一些难以兼顾或承担的任务进行合理分担,并做到各种组织团体的运转与档案馆日常业务的有机融合,营造出有利于自身发展的环境和氛围。
