Long-term preservation of electronic records:multi-dimensional and interactive domain—A review of the 4th China Electronic Records Management Symposium

2013年8月30日在中国人民大学召开的第四届中国电子文件管理论坛,主题是电子文件的长期保存。来自中外理论和实践界的九位发言人围绕着电子文件长期保存的基本认知、规范建设、技术实现、实践推动展开全方位的讨论。会议深化了对OAIS信息模型的认识,强调了立档单位电子文件管理对于数字保存的极端重要性,并初步构建了概念、技术、管理等多维互动的电子文件长期保存体系。

Focusing on the topic of long-term preservation of electronic records, the 4th China Electronic Records Management Symposium was convened at Renmin University of China on August 30th, 2013. Nine international and domestic speakers delivered comprehensive discussions surrounding the basic understand- ing, specification development, technical solutions and implementation promotion approach of the long-term preservation of electronic records. Through the symposium, the understanding of OAIS information model was deepened; the great significance of electronic record management in records creating organizations to- wards digital preservation was emphasized; and a long-term preservation framework for electronic records was established, which consists of three interactive dimensions, i.e. concepts, technology and management.
