在当今社会转型期,档案工作需要多样性人才的支撑。如何选拔、培养各类专业人才,如何稳定人才队伍是档案人才队伍建设遇到的全新课题。本文就多样性人才的选、育、用提出了自己的看法,并对多样性人才培养的实施提出了一些建议。

During the period of social transformation, there is a great demand for diversity talents in archival work. It is a new task to select and train professionals and keep the stability of human resource in archives. This paper discusses the selection, training and using of diversity talents and also puts forward suggestions on diversity talents cultivation.
