摘要
以Na2CO3和NH4-HCO3为混合沉淀剂的碳酸盐共沉淀法合成了LiNi0.4Co0..2Mn0.4O2,考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间和冷却速度对合成材料电化学性能的影响.实验得出在800℃煅烧18h,炉外冷却合成的材料电化学性能最好.合成的材料在不同截止电压2.8~4.3V,2.8~4.4 V,2.8~4.5V下的首次放电比容量分别为149.9、162.0、168.0 mAh/g,具有较好的电化学性能.
Uniform and spherical LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 powders were synthesized by carbonate co-precipitation using Na2CO3 and NH4HCO3 as precipitating agent.The effects of calcined temperature and time with cooling rate on the electrochemical properties of LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 were studied.The results indicate that LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 calcined at 800 ℃ for 18 h and quenched in the environment temperature has better electrochemical properties.The initial discharge capacities of LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 were 149.9,162.0 and 168.0 mAh/g under different cut-off voltages of 2.8-4.3 V,2.8-4.4 V,2.8-4.5 V.
