阶梯逐级限流太阳能控制器的研制

摘要 开发了一种太阳能控制器,充电模式采用阶梯逐级限流控制方式,各充电回路电压检测具有"回差"控制功能,可防止开关进入振荡状态。该模式能够根据蓄电池的电量自动调整充电电流的大小,既满足了蓄电池的充电电流-电压规律,又能控制蓄电池不过充和过放,具有可靠性高、无纹波、适合任何控制对象等优点。所开发的系统已通过中试和型式试验,目前运行稳定,系统额定电压48 V,4路充电控制回路,每支充电回路的额定充电电流15 A,回路压降小于0.13 V。 A solar controller was developed,and the charge mode used the control mode of stage-by-stage current-limiting,having hysteresis control function for each charge circuit detecting voltage to prevent the switch from oscillation.The control mode with advantages of high reliability,non-ripple and being applicable to any control object is able to automatically adjust charge current according to battery capacity,complying with the charge current-voltage rule and preventing battery from overcharge and overdischarge.The developed system with 48 V rated voltage passed through pilotscale experiment and type test and has four charge control circuits,each of which has 15 A rated charge current and less than 0.13 V voltage drop.
