空间氢镍电池用陶瓷极柱的研究

摘要 针对低轨道、大容量、长寿命氢镍电池,制备了Φ8 mm的陶瓷极柱,并进行了相应的性能测试,包括:氦质谱检漏测试、绝缘测试、温度交变试验、疲劳及爆破试验、组装300 Ah电池的寿命循环试验.结果表明,该极柱的质量为13.9g左右,初始及相关测试后的漏率和绝缘性能满足要求,疲劳50 500(0~7 MPa)后及19 MPa打压后,极柱无形变及液体泄漏现象,300 Ah氢镍电池以40%放电深度循环3 000次后,电池性能正常. The Φ8 mm ceramic electrode terminal for high power,long cycle life and LEO application was prepared.The property tests were performed,including helium mass spectrum leak,insulation resistance,high-low temperature cycle,high-low pressure cycle,enduring maximum pressure and 300 Ah battery cycle life test.The test results suggest that the weight of ceramic terminal is about 13.9 g.The performance of helium mass spectrum leak and insulation resistance after initial and related tests is satisfied.After 50 500 times of high-low pressure (0-7 MPa) cycle and enduring 19 MPa,the ceramic terminal hasn't deformation and liquid leak.The performance of 300 Ah nickle-hydrogen battery is normal after 3 000 cycles at 40% DOD.
