摘要
超声电源在生物处理领域的应用越来越广泛,主要集中在细胞破碎和生物酶催化领域。以细胞壁破碎提取辅酶为研究背景,设计了一种全新的电源系统,针对生物介质提取的特点引入功率控制。研究了超声频率、输出功率、辐射时间对破碎效果的影响,并以浓度监测信号对输出功率进行反馈控制。实验结果表明针对不同浓度选择合适的输出功率可以实现最高效率的辅酶提取。
The application of ultrasonic wave in biological treatment fields is more and more widely,mainly concentrated in the cell breaking and biological enzyme catalysis.Based on the research background of cell wall breaking and extracting coenzyme,a new power supply system was designed.The power control was introduced based on the characteristic of biological medium extraction.The influences of the ultrasonic frequency,output power and irradiation time on the crushing effect were studied and the concentration monitoring signal was used to conduct feedback control for the output power.The experimental results show that the highest efficiency of the coenzyme extraction can be achieved by choosing suitable output power for different concentrations.
