Crimping Technology of Composite Insulator and Influencing Factors

摘要 阐述复合绝缘子压接的工艺过程:当金具和芯棒之间静摩擦力达到1.5~1.6倍的绝缘子MSL机械拉脱负荷时,这种压接连接认为是可靠的。指出压接关键技术要点:金具与芯棒接触表面处理;绝缘子强度等级和压接力大小的确定。分析了影响压接质量可靠性的因素:金具材质硬度、芯棒弹性模量。为提高复合绝缘子压接组件性能一致性和产品稳定性,应注重金具压接区布置,确定压接段数,选择合适的压接机。 The technical processes of crimping for composite insulator is expounded. When the static friction force between metal fitting and core rod reach 1.5-1.6 times of MSL mechanical pulled off load of Insulator, the crimping connection is considered to be reliable; key technical points of the crimping is pointed out: the treatment of contact surface between metal fitting and core rod; the determination of insulator strength grade and crimping force. The factors which effecting the reliability of crimping quality is analyzed: material hardness of metal fitting, elasticity modulus of core rod. In order to improve the consistency of the crimping component performance for composite insulator and the stability of the product, it should be noted that the arrangement of metal fitting crimping area, determination of the number of crimping sections, and the selection of suitable crimping machine.
