特高压空心复合绝缘子机械强度有限元计算分析 被引量:18

Calculation and Analysis on Mechanical Strength of UHV Hollow Composite Insulator by Finite Element Method

摘要 以荆门特高压变电站使用的1 000 kV空心复合绝缘子为计算模型,采用有限元计算方法,从法兰壁厚和加强筋分布形式、胶装比对机械强度的影响、密封结构的长期稳定性等3个方面开展了仿真计算,并对绝缘子的机械强度裕度进行计算分析。结果表明,现有特高压空心复合绝缘子的弯曲强度裕度较高,整体安全系数为3.35。但密封结构处胶粘剂与法兰粘接面安全系数最小,在极端异常条件下,可能引发产品密封结构破坏。设计时应重点考虑密封结构的稳定性,并安装SF6密度监测仪器。 The calculation model is based on 1 000 kV hollow composite insulator used in JING MEN UHV substation.and the influence of flange thickness, reinforcement distribution, adhesive binding ratio on mechanical strength and the Long term stability of sealing structure has been simulated and calculated by finite element method. The mechanical strength margin of UHV hollow composite insulators has been also calculated and analysed. The research results showed that now available UHV hollow composite insulators have higher mechanical strength margin,the overall safety factor is 3.35. However,the safety factor of interface of bonding adhesive and flange is minimum.So, the sealing structure could be failed on extreme conditions.The stability of sealing structure should be considered in design, and density monitoring instrument should be installed.
