盘管制造的新工艺与工装(一)——圆管盘管的制造

New Technology and Equipment of Manufacturing Coiled Pipes(Ⅰ)——Manufacturing for Circular Pipe-coiled Pipes

介绍了各类盘管弯制的新工艺及工装。原有的圆管盘管和半管盘管中的柱面螺旋盘管、平面盘管和曲面盘管的结构繁杂、弯制质量差以及弯制工艺工装造价昂贵。为改变这种情况 ,对各类盘管的弯制工艺和工装进行了革新 ,并取得了良好的效果。此项技术已获专利。本文第一部分介绍圆管盘管的弯制工艺及工装。

The new technology and equipment in the curve of all kinds of coiled pipes were introduced in this paper. The old technology and equipment in the curve of columnar,plane and cambered coiled pipes for circular pipe-coiled pipes and half pipe-coiled pipes were very complicated.Quality of curve's coiled pipe was low.Cost of curve's coiled pipe was costly. In order to change this situation, the author invented the new technology of batch producing,design series of new equipment and solved the difficult technical problem in the curve of all kinds of coiled pipes with innovation. The technology had already obtained a China patent.
