摘要
当前五轴机床C轴工作台的转动行程已由某个限定范围扩展为无限范围(n×360°),但通常后置处理中的转角求解方法不能使求解范围扩展到无限,因而制约了机床性能的发挥。针对该问题,建立基于多体系统理论的五轴机床转动轴运动学方程,通过定义"最小运动圆周"来改进五轴机床转角的计算方法,对后置转角求解区域进行了扩展,并给出了具体的求解流程。该求解算法可以有效提高C轴工作台的转动连续性。最后在某结构类型的机床上进行了后置求解仿真试验,验证了算法的可行性和有效性。
The stroke of C-axis rotary worktable for five-axis machine tool could be extended from limited angle range to n×360°,however the performance of machine tools could be restricted due to the limited rotation angles solution of common post-processing calculation methods.Herein,a kinematics equation of rotation axes was established based on multi-body system theory firstly.And the calculation method of rotation angle was improved by defining"the minimum movement circle".Moreover,the calculation flow was determined,by which the rotating continuity of C-axis worktable was improved effectively.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified by some simulation experiment,about the post-processing calculation method.
