联合国驻刚果(金)中国二级医院药品保障工作的经验介绍

Experiences of Ensuring Medicine Supply in Chinese Level Ⅱ Hospital in D.R.Congo

目的:介绍联合国驻刚果(金)中国二级医院药品保障的工作经验。方法:从药品筹备和药学服务两个方面分析做好药品保障工作的主要经验。结果与结论:在药品筹备方面应与即将撤离的医疗队沟通交流,依据其建议提前制订好药品筹备计划;应根据任务区的特殊环境、保障对象的特点,充分、合理地一次性筹备8个月用量的药品。在执行任务期间,应从加强沟通、尊重民族风俗习惯、了解用药者的职业特点、详细进行用药交代等方面加强药学服务工作。

OBJECTIVE： To summarize the experiences of ensuring medicine supply in Chinese level Ⅱ hospital in D.R.Congo. METHODS： The experiences of ensuring medicine supply were analyzed in medicine preparation and pharmaceutical care. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS ： It is necessary to have a good messages exchange with ex-teamers and to plan ahead in medicine preparation. According to the environment of area and the characters of serving people, medicine for 8 months＇ consumption should be prepared reasonably. During the mission, the pharmacists should strengthen pharmaceutical care through enhancing communication, respecting national customs and habits, understanding the occupational characteristics and providing detailed medication education.
