摘要
青年人才是研究型高校科学研究的主力军.以浙江大学近5年获批的青年科学基金情况为范例,比较青年科研人才的性别、年龄、职称等构成情况,分析青年人才科研现状,并在此基础上给出有利青年科研人才成长发展的建议,以期为研究型高校培养结构合理、勇于创新的科研人才队伍提供理论依据.
The young talents are the main force of research-oriented universities. By analyzing the gender, age, and professional title of the awardees of the Youth Science Foundation of the National Natural Science Fundation of China in Zhejiang University in the recent five years, it revealed the professional status of young talents and provided helpful ad- vice for their career development, so as to pave theoretical ground for research-oriented universities' exploration in building well-structured, innovative research personnel.
