摘要
对教育部"新世纪优秀人才支持计划"在南京大学2004—2012年资助情况进行统计,从入选者的项目直接成果、个人发展、社会效益等方面对该计划的资助效果进行比较分析研究,并结合学校实际,提出未来发展的一些对策建议.
＂Program for New Century Excellent Talents＂, funded by the Ministry of Education, in Nanjing University from 2004 to 2012, were comprehensively analyzed from the direct achievements, personal development, social benefits and other aspects. Combined with the actual situation of Nanjing University, it provides suggestions for the future development.
