摘要 针对近红外和传感器方法检测精度差的问题,采用太赫兹时域光谱技术,研究了黄曲霉毒素B1对太赫兹波的响应。首先研究了玉米中黄曲霉毒素的提取过程和保存方法,根据B1溶液在不同频率范围内的光学参数(主要是折射率和吸收系数)的不同,对B1溶液的太赫兹光谱进行定性分析,利用一种改进的多重D-S证据理论对其进行了识别。试验和分析结果表明,利用太赫兹时域光谱技术结合信息融合技术能够对不同浓度的黄曲霉毒素B1溶液进行精确识别,为以后建立黄曲霉毒素太赫兹谱库和快速检测食品中的黄曲霉毒素提供了理论依据。 The physical detection method for aflatoxin is a research hotspot in food safety testing in recent years. Targeting at the poor accuracy of detection of near infrared and sensor, Terahertz wave (THz) has been adopted as detection method, and the spectral response of Afatoxin B1 to THz and its THz spectrum have been researched at the same time. First, the process of extraction and conservation for Afatoxin B1 in corn was studied; in accordance with the refractive index and absorption coefficient in different frequency ranges, qualitative analysis were conducted; D - S evidence theory was used in the quantitative analysis described above. Experiments and analysis results showed that by utilizing THz Time - domain Spectroscopy with information fusion technology can identify the concentration of aria- toxin B1 precisely, which may supply the theory basis for rapid detection of aflatoxin in food.
