摘要
舱门机构卡滞是机构运行时较为常见的状况,对于带有分时凸轮的机构来说,纯刚体假设的结果会产生非常大的计算误差。以某机型前登机门提升机构为例,采用ADAMS柔性体分析方法进行仿真,计算出机构内部载荷,分析各个构件的应力,并辅以试验数据进行验证。结果表明,柔性体假设对于机构分析是一套行之有效的方法。
Door mechanism jammed is more common when the mechanism is running .For the mechanism with sharing cam ,there is very large error for the method of rigid body assumption .In this paper ,an air-craft passenger door is studied using flexible body method by Adams .The inner load is calculated ,then the stress of mechanism is analyzed ,finally,verified by experiments.The results show that assumption of flexible body for mechanism analysis is an effective method .
