摘要
本文对金刚石粒径的定义和测试方法进行了综述。利用欧美克公司的颗粒图像处理仪对各种金刚石样品进行了测试,获取了大量的测试数据,并经过进一步的研究,揭示出金刚石粒径、等效短径和平均网径之间的关系,提出了以平均网径为基准,将之乘以常数K(K=1.068)作为金刚石粒径标准值的思路。在此基础上,文章对金刚石在不同情况下的密度进行了分析和测试,对各种规格的金刚石的PPC值进行了计算。同时,本文对国外著名公司和一些知名学者的相关论点作了介绍,并列出了多家公司的相关数值以作比较。
This paper introduced the definition of the grain size of the diamond and the testing method. Using the testing instrument manufactured by OMEC company, we tested a series diamond samples, gained a large quantity of datum; revealed the relationship between the grain size,equivalent short diameter of diamond and average of sieve size: Dv = K·(D上 + D下 )/2, And put forward a thought that the standard values of grain size could be derived from this formula. In the other hand, the paper tested and analyzed the density of diamond in different situation, and figured out PPG of diamond. Finally, we introduced the viewpoints from many famed companies and specialists.
