摘要 为构建工程训练课程教学效果评价体系,针对课程教学效果的评价提供科学标准和实操文本。按照教考分离,以形成性评价为主、终结性评价为辅的原则;采用全员评价方法,实现了对学生和教师教与学的效果的科学合理的评价,有利于促进教与学两个方面的积极性,从而提高工程训练课程的教学质量。通过分类加权方式,得到评价的控制方程,实现对课程教学质量的总评价,其中的分项数据亦可以分别对学生学习效果、教师教学效果等进行单方面评价,找出影响课程质量的关键因素,为课程管理和提高教学质量提供良好的工具。 In order to construct evaluation for engineering training and provide criteria for the evaluation and operation documents,the paper deals with the evaluation system.Base on the principle of the separation between teaching and examination,and mainly depending on the formative assessment,supplemented by summative assessment,an evaluation system of engineering training courses is developed.The system takes full employees evaluation mode,and realizes scientific and rational assessment for teachers and students.It can promote the activities both of teachers and students,improves the quality of teaching and learning,and enhances the teaching quality.According to the category and weighted approach,the control equation of evaluation is obtained,total evaluation of engineering training curriculum quality is realized.The student learning and teacher teaching consequent can be evaluated respectively by using the data of sub-items.Therefore,the key factor of affecting the quality of curriculum can be found.It is proved tha tthe system provides a good tool for course management and improves the quality of teaching.
