摘要
针对当前装备保障类专业实践教学体系中存在的"装备保障特色不够突出"等问题进行了初步分析,从"顶层设计"、"能力导向"和"突出装备保障特色"三方面提出了建立装备保障类专业实践教学体系应该遵循的原则。根据"维修和保障"这一装备保障专业的出发点和落脚点,充分强调"综合实践"与"能力导向",从实践教学内容、实践教学管理、实践教学文件、实践教学保障、实践教学队伍建设、实践教学评估等方面探讨了如何构建了装备保障类专业实践教学体系。
In view of the current existing problems in the practice teaching system of equipment support engineering which included ＂equipment support characteristic is not very prominent＂ and other issues,from ＂ top-level design＂,＂ability oriented＂ and ＂ highlight the characteristics of equipment support＂ three aspects,the basic principle of constructing equipment support practice teaching system was raised.According to the ＂ repair and support＂ this characteristic of equipment support,emphasizing ＂ comprehensive practice＂ and ＂ ability oriented＂,the construction of equipment support practice teaching system was discussed from practice teaching content,practice teaching management,practice teaching document,practice teaching support,practice teaching troop and practice teaching evaluation.
