浅谈体育院校运动生物化学实验教学改革

Experiment Teaching Reform of Biochemistry in Sports Colleges

运动生物化学实验课作为体育院校的一门重要性专业基础课程,在高等体育人才的培育方面有举足轻重的意义。为顺应21世纪社会发展的需求,针对传统的运动生物化学实验课存在教学模式单调、学生缺乏积极性、过于侧重验证性实验及考核方式不足等问题,提出了工作坊模式教学及分类教学两种模式的改革。结合体育院校学生的特点和发展趋势,运动生物化学实验的设计需具备多学科的综合性及实用性,在实验中把学科知识与体育运动实践相融合,进而全面掌握了相关知识,以求在实验教学中培养出学生的综合能力及创新能力。

To comply with the demand of social development in the 21st century,from the perspective of quality education,the movement pattern of biochemical experiment reform is very important to cultivate the students.They are required not only to have excellent professional knowledge and skills,also to have good comprehensive quality.Through the past movement observation of biochemical experiment teaching mode,the paper understands the disadvantages of the model,and proposes the corresponding reform and suggestions.Traditional sports biochemistry experiment teaching mode is monotonous,students lack enthusiasm.The design of experiment focuses on problems such as insufficient verification experiment and examination way.Aimed at these disadvantages of the traditional model,the paper raised the mode of workshop and classification teaching two modes of reform proposals.Exercise biochemistry experiment,as an important professional foundation course of sports colleges and universities,has important significance in the aspect of high level sports talent cultivation.The reform eliminates the disadvantages of previous teaching mode,and promotes to apply the workshop and classification model teaching new mode.
