摘要
传统的仓库监控设施需要很多数据和沿仓库分布的电源线,应用复杂的布线操作,使得系统复杂和昂贵;另外,市面上的仓库防盗器大多报警信号单一,不能识别系统,报警信号没有无线传输,远距离不能控制。针对上述缺点,提出了基于STM32单片机及NRF905无线射频传输技术的仓库报警系统,通过红外和超声波传感器网络实现了仓库环境参数的实时采集和无线发送接收。该系统结构精简,有效减少了线缆连接,延长执行器件的寿命,同时具有应用灵活、易于扩展等优点。
Traditional warehouse monitoring facilities need a lot of data and power distribution along the warehouse line,the application of complex wiring operations,hence,the system is complex and expensive.On the other hand,the market warehouse alarm systems most apply single alarm signal,people can not recognize the meaning of the alarm.The alarm signal can not transit wirelessly,so it can not be controlled removedly.In order to overcome these shortcomings,the article researched warehouse alarm system based on the STM32 microcontroller,NRF905 radio frequency transmission,infrared and ultrasonic sensors network.The system achieves real-time acquisition,and wirelessly sends and receives warehouse environment parameters.The system can connect warehouse system management interface to realize a fast and flexible control of the warehouse operation.The system is lean,effective in reducing cable connections,and can extend the life of the actuators,flexibly use,and is easy to expand.
