摘要 大型科技设施"上海地面交通工具风洞中心"是高校教学、科研和学科建设必不可少的公共科技服务平台,是促进产、学、研、科技服务有机结合重要基地。风洞中心作为中立、非营利性质的高校大型科技设施,应实现开放共享,提高设施使用效率、支撑企业自主研发、服务国家战略项目、培养专业技术和管理人才。实施调动高校和设施机组人员积极性、完善制度保障和人员配备、展示和推广开放共享的设施、整合校内其他资源共同对外服务举措、鼓励用户全程参与并积极开展国际交流与合作,实现设施的可持续运行。 Shanghai Automotive Wind Tunnel Center (SAWTC),as a large-scale science and technology facility,is an essential public platform servicing for teaching,scientific research.SAWTC is an important base station to promote cross-fertilization among industry,universities,research institutes,and science and technology services.As a neutral,non-profit large-scale science and technology facility in university,SAWTC should realize opening and sharing,increase the service efficiency of facilities,support the independent research and development of the enterprises,service for the national strategic projects and train professional technical and management personnel.SAWTC can realize the sustainable operation at the same time of arousing the enthusiasm of universities and their staff,improving the policy assurance and personnel allocation,displaying and popularizing the facility,and integrating other resources of the campus to participate in the whole process of the international exchange and cooperation.
