摘要
蒸汽式扇贝柱脱壳机控制系统是保证扇贝柱脱壳过程中蒸汽稳定连续喷射及脱壳成功的关键。为此,分别就蒸汽式扇贝柱脱壳机工作原理、蒸汽发生器控制系统的改造、PLC及接近开关等几方面进行阐述。对蒸汽发生器的工作原理进行简述,利用温度/压力传感器进行检测,通过PID智能温度控制仪及固态继电器实现蒸汽稳定连续喷射的自动控制;利用接近开关检测扇贝位置,蒸汽喷射装置随动完成蒸汽喷射脱壳过程。该控制系统能满足设计任务的要求。
Steam Control System of the steam scallop shelling machine is the key to ensure the stability and the continuous jet of steam during the process of scallop shell. This paper is on the working principle of the steam scallop shelling machine,the transformation of steam generator control system,PLC,proximity switch and so on. The working principle of steam generator were reviewed in this paper,using the temperature / pressure sensor to detect and by PID intelligent temperature control instrument and a solid state relay to realize the automatic control of stable continuous steam's injection. Using he proximity switch to detect the position of the scallop and the steam injection device completes shelling process by steam injection,the control system can meet the design requirements of the task.
