板齿式轴流装置脱粒过程高速摄像分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用高速摄像机在线拍摄技术,对自行研制的板齿组合轴流脱粒与分离装置脱分空间内的稻谷整体运动、断穗运动和脱粒以及自由籽粒的运动过程进行在线拍摄。通过回放拍摄到的图像分析得出:谷物流进入脱分空间后错综复杂地交织在一起,在导向板和板齿抓力的共同作用下,稻谷层沿滚筒轴线方向螺旋向前涌动,此过程中一部分籽粒被脱去。断穗在脱分空间内运动不稳定,轨迹呈抛物线,速度随时间的推移呈下降趋势。在无外界干扰的情况下多数自由籽粒作近似直线运动,处于中速运动状态,且方向与轴线呈一定夹角。 With the high- speed cameras online shooting techniques,the self- developed board- tooth gear axial flow threshing,and the overall movement of rice within dedifferentiation space of separating device was shoot online. The analysis drawn by playing back the captured image was: rice flow was intricately intertwined after entering the dedifferentiation space. Under the joint action of the guide plate and the plate teeth grip,rice layer surging spiral forward along the cylinder axis direction,during which a part of grain was get rid of. The broken rice ear moved unstably in the sub-space,whose locus turned out to be parabola and was slowing down. Without interference outside,most free grain was for approximate linear in the medium- speed motion,and the direction was a certain angle of the axis.
