可见分光光度法检测苹果中毒死蜱农药残留的研究 被引量:7

摘要 为研究苹果中毒死蜱农药残留的快速安全的检测方法,用氯化钯乙酸溶液作比色剂,和毒死蜱农药发生比色反应,对比色条件进行了优化。实验证明,用乙酸代替常用的浓盐酸作为氯化钯溶剂时实验效果更好。在最佳波长415nm处和最佳条件下,毒死蜱浓度在0.5~16mg/kg范围内,吸光度的对数相关系数R2=0.992 8。文中确定了氯化钯乙酸溶液比色体系的最佳反应条件为:温度45℃,时间2min,样品回收率为92%~105.3%,为以后开发便携式农药残留检测仪的光源提供了可行的依据。 In order to research the fast and safety determination method of Dursban pesticide residues in apples,based on the colorimetric reaction between Dursban and pbcl2 which was dissolved in acetic acid and used as colorimetric reagent, the coloring conditions were optimized. The experiment results showed the absorbance spectrogram was better using acetic acid instead of concentrated hydrochloric acid and under the optimum coloring conditions logarithm correlation coefficient of Dursban concentration( 0. 5 ~ 16 mg / kg) and corresponding absorbance was R2= 0. 9928 at 415 nm absorption wavelength. Optimum temperature and time of colorimetric system was 45 ℃ and 2 min,sample recovery percent was 91. 6% ~ 108. 9%. The research provides the feasible basis for developing light source of portable pesticide residues detecting instrument.
