摘要
用准静态压缩实验,通过对破壳挤压方向、加载速率、核桃尺寸、预处理等因素影响下的破壳力进行测定,得出最佳的破壳挤压方向、加载速率以及核桃尺寸的变化与破壳力的关系。结果表明:沿垂直于X轴方向以15 mm/min的速度加载效果最好,随着核桃尺寸的增加破壳力也会增加。通过实验数据可以看出,对核桃破壳前进行预处理可以减小破壳力,这为核桃破壳机械的结构设计提供了参考。
With the quasi- static compression test,through measuring walnut's shelled force with the influence of pressing direction,loading speed,walnut's size,pretreatment and other factors,we obtain the best of broken shell pressing direction,loading speed as well as the relationship between changing in the size and breaking strength. The results showed that along a direction perpendicular to the X- axis at the speed of 10mm / min is the best way. At the same time,with the increase in the size of walnut shell breaking force will increase,what's more,it can be seen through the experimental data that pretreatment walnut can reduce shell breaking force,this paper will provide a reference to Walnut shell breaking machinery's structural design or research.
