膜上移栽机的发展现状及存在的问题

育苗移栽是目前农作物生产过程中的重要工作环节,该环节对提高农作物单产及抵御自然灾害具有重要意义。而膜上移栽又对移栽机构的入土方式提出新的要求,膜上移栽的入土方式必须为打穴入土。为此,对发达国家现有的、有代表性的机型做了介绍,并对国内科研单位及企业对膜上移栽机的研究现状进行论述。通过对国内外移栽机发展现状的对比,分析了目前移栽机在应用过程中存在的问题,针对存在的问题给出一些合理化建议和解决办法。

Seedling transplanting is one of the important work links in the process of crop production; the link has important significance for boost crop yields and withstand natural disasters. And up- film transplanting put forward new requirements to the entering soil style of transplanting mechanism. The breaking soil way for membrane transplanting machine must be punch type. In this paper,the existing transplanting machine type in developed countries is presented,and the research status of membrane transplanting machine of domestic scientific research units and enterprises is discussed, through the comparison of development status at home and abroad of transplanting machine,the current problems existing in the process of transplanting machine in the application is analysed,some reasonable suggestions on the existing problems and solutions are provided.
