饮食及营养干预对妊娠期高血压疾病的防治作用 被引量:17

摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠常见合并症之一,对母儿危害极大。目前已知肥胖、营养不良及微量元素缺乏是其高危因素。保证妊娠期的合理营养对母体健康和下一代的正常身心发育有重大的意义。近年来,随着经济发展,妊娠期能量、蛋白摄入过多及微量元素缺乏在我国孕产妇群体中日渐凸显,由此引发的妊娠期高血压疾病也逐渐增多。针对此现状,参考国内外相关研究,对饮食及营养干预对妊娠期高血压疾病的作用做一综述。 Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy was one of the most common complexity during pregnan- cy. It was well known that some risk factors such as obesity, malnutrition and deficiency of micro-nutri- ents. It was important to keep correct pregnant nutri- tion for maternal health and normal fetal develop- ment. Recently, with rapid economical progress, there were two phenomena existed in Chinese preg- nant women: one was over-nutrition; the other was deficiency of mieronutrient. Incidence of hyperten- sive disorders in pregnancy increased accordingly. Aiming on this situation, referring to relative re- searches, the writers made this review for the rela- tionship between diet and nutrition interference with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
