江苏省耕地质量等级成果补充完善研究——以扬州市江都区为例 被引量:10

摘要 耕地质量建设与管理是落实最严格耕地保护制度的重要内容。2012年,江苏省按照《农用地质量分等规程》(GB/T 28407-2012)标准,启动耕地质量等级成果补充完善工作。该文采用因素法计算了扬州市江都区各分等单元的自然质量分、土地利用系数和土地经济系数,并在此基础上分别划分了自然等、利用等和经济等。结论表明:(1)土壤类型、微地貌类型、农田基本设施、人为因素、区位条件5个因素与耕地质量等别呈明显正相关,其中土壤类型对耕地质量空间分异起基础作用;(2)与上一轮耕地质量等别评价相比,江都区耕地自然质量等别有所提高,主要得益于农业基础设施不断完善;利用质量等别有所下降,原因在于新旧规程评价参数变动及全域最高单产提升;经济质量等别基本持平,但本次评价以耕作地块为分等单元,结果更加细化、准确、可信。 Quality construction and management of cultivated land is an important content of carrying out the rules of the most strict cultivated land protection system.During the year of 2012,according to GB/T 28407-2012 standard,Jiangsu province started up the project of supplement and perfection of cultivated land quality class.This paper divided the cultivated land quality in Jiangdu district by using factor method and calculated the natural quality class,land use factor and land economy factor of each land class.The results showed that (1) the five factors,i.e.,soil type,landform type,farmland basic facilities,human factors,and location condition,had significant positive correlation with cultivated land quality; (2) Compared with the last round evaluation of the cultivated land quality,farmland natural quality in Jiangdu district had been improved mainly due to the improvement of agricultural infrastructure,but the land use quality had declined because of the change of the old and new evaluation parameters and the increase of the highest yield.Economic quality had not change,but this evaluation was more detailed,accurate and reliable.
