摘要
为实现高精度微小加速度测量,提出了一种基于石英挠性加速度计的高精度微加速度测量系统。通过磁屏蔽结构和多级精密温控有效地提高了加速度计的测量精度,并针对加速度计信号采集设计了高精度电流测量电路。实验结果表明:该系统具有测量精度高、量程宽、实时性好等优点,满足高精度微小加速度测量要求。
To achieve high-precision micro acceleration measurement, a measurement system based on quartz flexible accelerometer is proposed. The measurement precision of the accelerometer is effectively improved by magnetic shielding structure and multi-level precise temperature control, and high-precision current measurement circuit is designed for acquisition of accelerometer signal. The experimental results show that this system has advantages of high measuring precision, large measuring range and real time, which can meet requirements of high- precision low acceleration measurement.
