移动互联网时代电信运营商流量经营思路探讨

Study on Traffic operation of Telecom Operators in Mobile Internet Era

移动互联网为我们带来了丰富多彩的应用体验,同样也让原本井然有序、分工明确的产业链变得更加融合,众多产业链环节开始脱离原有的分工体系,逐步融合更多的业务,拓展更广阔的市场。同时,运营商的业务模式正从传统的"话务经营"模式向"流量经营"模式转变。运营商需要做出相应的改变以适应新的发展要求。本文从网络角度出发,通过分析运营商在整个产业链中地位的变化,提出适合电信运营商发展的差异化运营模式,并以此支撑相应的网络建设。

Mobile Internet has not only brought us a variety of application experience, but also altered industrial chain from organized and clear division to integrate. Lots of industry chains separate from the traditional division of labor mode and gradually to support more services. Meanwhile, the operator＇s business model is changing from the traditional ＂voice management＂ to ＂traffic management＂. Operators should make some appropriate changes to adapt to new requirements of development. From the perspective of network, this paper proposes a differentiated business model for Telecem operators by analyzing the operator changes the status in the whole industry chain.
