摘要
针对顶吹炉原有DCS控制系统应急程序的瓶颈,结合顶吹炉工艺控制要求,为避免因控制系统各种突发事件造成顶吹炉重大安全事故的发生,现将原有DCS控制系统应急程序进一步优化改进,以提高操作人员应急响应和处置能力。
In view of the bottleneck for top blown furnace of original DCS control system emergency procedure, combining with the process control requirements,the emergency procedure of original DCS control system is optimized to avoid the occurrence of major accidents. The emergency response and disposal ability of operators are also improved.
