外科手术联合药物治疗老年胆结石患者的临床疗效分析

The Clinical Curative Effect of the Surgery Combined with Drug in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Gallstones

目的探讨外科手术联合药物治疗老年胆结石患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年2月至2013年10月外科病房收治的年龄大于60岁的老年胆结石患者136例为研究对象。根据随机数表将研究对象分为观察组(n=70)与对照组(n=66)。对照组患者行外科手术施治,观察组患者则以外科手术联合药物治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效总有效率、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、术后并发症、治疗前后总胆红素(TBIL)及丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)水平的变化进行对比分析。结果与对照组患者的临床疗效总有效率(80.3%)及术后并发症发生率(16.67%)相比较,观察组患者临床治愈总有效率为98.6%,术后并发症发生率为5.71%,以及术后肛门排气时间与住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前TBIL、ALT水平相比较,术后两组TBIL、ALT水平得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术联合药物治疗老年性胆结石,临床疗效显著,具有并发症少、安全性高特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of the surgery combined with drug in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstones.Methods The clinical data of 108 elderly patients（≥60years）with gallstone in our hospital from February,2011 to October,2013 to were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into 2 groups at random.The treatment group（n=70）adopted surgery combined with drug therapy while the control group（n=66）was treated by the traditional surgery therapy.The clinical effect,postoperative anal exhaust time,length of postoperative hospital stay,occurrence rate of postoperative complications,the level of total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase pre or post treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group（98.6%vs 80.3%,P0.05）.The postoperative anal exhaust time,length of postoperative hospital stay,occurrence rate of postoperative complications,the level of total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase pre or post treatment in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions The application of surgery combined with drug in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstones has obvious effect and less complication,and is worth being popularized in clinic.
