摘要
CC16蛋白质是由细支气管、终末细支气管黏膜上的无纤毛柱状上皮细胞——clara细胞分泌产生。CC16为组织特异性蛋白,主要表达在肺组织,它是一种肺的内源性抗炎因子。其抗炎作用可能非常复杂,机制之一是抑制磷脂酶A2的活性。由于其在肺部高表达,CC16与许多肺部疾病的发生发展有关,例如支气管哮喘、COPD、间质性肺疾病、肺癌、ALI等。
CC16 is the principal secreted product of the noneiliated bronchiolar Clara cell. Clara cell secretory protein (CC16), an anti-inflammatory protein in the lung, can regulate lung inflammatory response and immunity by complicated mechanisms one of which is the inhibition of phospholipase A2. CC16 is associated with the development of many pulmonary diseases, such as bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, and acute lung injury.
