摘要
硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H2S)是一种具有特殊臭味的有毒气体。然而,近年来发现H2S是生物体内继NO、CO之后的第3种内源性气体信号分子,具有调节呼吸节律、在颈动脉体感受低氧、在呼吸中枢抗低氧,从而在机体低氧状态下实现稳态调节的生理作用。研究表明,H2S参与肺损伤、肺动脉高压、支气管哮喘及COPD等呼吸疾病过程,且多具有抗炎、抗氧化损伤等作用。
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a toxic and special smell gas for human. However,in recent years H2S is found as the third endogenous gaseous signal molecule following NO and CO. H2S has physiological effects in vivo: respiratory rhythm regulation, feeling hypoxia in the carotid body and anti-hypoxia protecting the respiratory center, so achieving the body homeostasis in hypoxia. H2 S is involved in the pathophysiological processes of lung injury, pulmonary hypertension, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other respiratory diseases, and has such effects as anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative damage.
