中老年原发性高血压病患者脉压与心脑血管事件的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的长期对中老年原发性高血压病患者进行临床观察,对舒张压、收缩压、脉压以及心脑血管等事件进行相关性分析。方法以已经确诊的200例原发性高血压病患者作为研究对象,每个季度进行一次随访,进行为期2年的持续观察。在每次随访的过程中对患者的坐位血压、同步胰岛素C肽、血脂、血糖、肝功能和肾功能进行测量,并同时进行超声心动图和心电图的检查,当发现患者发生心脑血管事件时作为观察终点。使用多因素逐步Logistic回归方法对引发心脑血管事件的因素进行相关性分析。结果中老年原发性高血压病患者发生心脑血管与患者的年龄、收缩压、舒张压和脉压等因素有关(P值均<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论脉压是心血管事件的一个重要的独立危险因子。
