不同根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿产量及相关性状的影响 被引量:1

Effects of different Rhizobium strains on yield and the related traits in alfalfa

摘要 为了筛选出适合宁夏北部灌区紫花苜蓿接种的根瘤菌,试验采用3134141、N1101、352001、中农1号这4种根瘤菌对金皇后紫花苜蓿进行根瘤菌接种试验。结果表明:选用3137141和N1101这2种根瘤菌时,其幼苗结瘤率和结瘤数量分别比对照提高98%、94%和169%、150%,其干草产量、株高等分别比对照提高37.61%、20.82%和15.58%、12.99%。说明对宁夏北部灌区紫花苜蓿接种这2种根瘤菌可以明显提高紫花苜蓿的生产性能,适宜大面积推广使用。 To select suitable Rhizobium for inoculating alfalfa in the irrigation area of northern Ningxia, the test for Rhizobium inoculation was conducted in golden -queen alfalfa using 4 kinds ofRhizobia including 3134141, N1101,352001, Zhongnong No. 1. The results showed that the nodulation rates and the number of nodules of the seedlings of alfalfa using the two kinds of Rhizobia including 3137141 and N1101 were in- ereased by 98% ,94% and 169% ,150% compared with the control, respectively; and the hay yield and plant height of alfalfa were increased by 37.61% ,20.82% and 15.58%, 12.99 % compared with the control. The results indicate that the two kinds of Rhizobia are used to inoculate the alfalfa in the irrigation area of northern Ningxia, they can obviously improve the productive performance of alfalfa, and are suitable for large - scale promotion.
