摘要
在分析绿色电力价格形成机制的基础上,研究了上网电价之差、输配电价之差、税收成本、管理成本和旋转备用补偿对绿色电力销售电价的影响。以最高销售收入为目标函数,将销售电价对用户购买意愿的影响线性化,提出了基于用户自愿的绿色电力销售电价定价模型和计算方法。通过对山西电网风电绿色电力价格的实例计算,验证了该模型的实用价值。
Based on the analysis of the price forming mechanism of green electricity, this paper studied the impacts of the differences in generation prices, transmission and distribution price, tax cost, administrative cost and rotating standby compensation on sales-price of green electricity. Taking the top sales as the target function and linearizing the impact of sales price on users' willingness, the pricing model and the corresponding calculation method of green electricity, which is based on users' willingness, was put forward innovatively. The green electricity price of wind power in Shanxi was taken as a study case to prove the model mentioned above to he of great practical values.
