高校图书馆员对图书馆战略规划认识的调查与启示

Investigation and Inspiration of Librarians' View on Library Strategic Planning in University Libraries

通过对高校图书馆员的问卷调查,了解他们对图书馆战略规划的重要性、规划流程、组织机构、内外部影响因素、规划文本组成、规划时长等要素的认识。总结高校图书馆在开展战略规划实践中应强化馆员的战略意识、制定科学的规划流程、成立专门的组织机构、鼓励多元参与、关注多元的影响因素及编制规范的规划文本等启示,以期为我国高校图书馆战略规划的制定提供借鉴。

In order to understand the librarians＇ views on the university library＇ s strategic planning, in terms of the importance of strategic planning, planning procedure, organizations, the internal and external factors, the elements of panning documents, the planning time frame and so on, a questionnaire survey was carried out to get the conclusion that the university libraries should enhance the awareness of strategic planning of librarians work out scientific planning procedure and set up a special organization for strategic planning, encourage multi -participation, pay attention to the diverse influencing factors and draft standard planning documents. The authors expect to provide reference for the university library strategic planning in China.
