Analysis of the Pathogenesis of Essential Hypertension from the Disorder of Qi and Blood

从气血失和角度入手,结合脏腑病机及对脉道的影响,探析原发性高血压的病机。气血升降失和,影响机体气血运行。血随气升,心主血脉、脾主运化、肝主疏泄功能失调均可导致气血升失和;气随血降,肺主气,胃主降浊,肾主纳气收藏功能异常易引起气血降失和。气血虚实失和,血虚则气之生化不足,气虚则无力行血以荣周身,导致气血两虚、气虚血瘀。气血失和,导致脉道通利不畅及脉管弹性减弱,血液在脉中受阻,血压升高。

From disorder of qi and blood,combined with visceral pathogenesis and its impact on blood vessel,this paper analyzed the pathogenesis of essential hypertension. Disorder of qi and blood could affect the circulation of qi and blood in organism. Blood ascends following qi ,and the heart dominates blood vessels, the spleen controls transformation and transportation,and the liver controls flowing and spreading. All these functional disorder will result in disorder of ascending of qi and blood. Qi descends following blood,and the lungs dominates qi,the stomach dominates the descending of the useless substances,and the kidneys domi- nate the grasping of qi and storing the essence,all these functional disorder will lead to disorder of de- scending of qi and blood. Disorder of deficiency and excess of qi and blood, and deficiency of blood result- ing in generating deficiency of Qi,then the body unable to absorb nutrition through moving the blood,and it results in deficiency of qi and blood,qi deficiency leading to blood stasis. Disorder of qi and blood leads to unsmooth circulation of blood vessel and reduces the flexibility of blood vessel,making blood blocked in the blood vessel,then elevating blood pressure.
