马钱子配伍白芍对佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠抗炎免疫影响及其机制分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨马钱子配伍白芍(马白)对大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)的治疗作用、相关机制及最佳配伍比例。方法:通过不同比例配制马白水煎剂,采用Wistar大鼠复制AA模型灌胃给药,于给药1,8,12,16,20,24,28 d测定各组大鼠足跖容积,计算免疫器官系数,采血并用硝酸还原酶法测定一氧化氮(NO)含量,羟胺法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力,硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:马白较单用马钱子对大鼠AA模型的关节肿胀度有明显抑制作用,可使大鼠胸腺系数增大,脾系数减小,且可降低AA大鼠血清NO和MDA含量,升高SOD水平,其中以马白1∶6较佳。结论:马白可防治AA,并对免疫系统有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抑制前炎症细胞因子生成、抗氧化等有关。其较佳配伍比例为马白1∶6。 Objective:To discuss the treatment function,mechanism and optimal compatibility ratio ot the compatibility of Nux vomica and Radix Paeoniae A lba(abbreviated as N-R) on adjuvants arthritis(AA) rats. Methods:Copying AA model and giving different compatibility ratio water decoction to the Wistar rats. Calculating the rats volume on first, eighth, twelfth, sixteenth, twentieth, twenty-fourth, twenty-eighth day and the coefficient of immune organs. Using the methods of nitrate reductase for nitric oxide(NO) content determination, hydroxylamine for SOD determination, and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) for MDA determination. Results : The compatibility had significant inhibitory effect on the joint swelhng,and protected the immune system response in rats. At the same time,decreased the contents of NO,MDA in blood serum and increased the content of SOD. The best compatibility ratio of N-R was 1:6. Conclusion:N-R compatibility could prevent and treat AA,and protect the immune system. The mechanism is possibly relevant with inhibition of inflammatory cytokine production and anti-oxidation. The best compatibility ratio of N-R was 1:6.
