HPLC法测定儿咳颗粒中甘草酸的含量

摘要 目的:应用HPLC法测定儿咳颗粒中甘草酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,合理选择色谱柱为Kromasil C18(5μm,200 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%醋酸(63∶37),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm。结果:甘草酸在0.0513~0.3076 mg/mL范围内呈线性关系,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=0.65%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法测定儿咳颗粒中甘草酸方法可靠、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可以对儿咳颗粒中甘草酸的含量进行更好的控制。 Objective:To determine the content of glyeyrrhizic acid by high performance liquid ehromatography(HPLC) in Erke granules. Methods:Using HPLC,the reasonable selection of chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 column(5 μm,200mm×4.6 mm),acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid(63:37) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and the detective wavelength was 250 nm. Results:The calibration curves was linear between 0.0513--0.3076 mg/ml,and the average recovery was 99.71%,RSD=0.65%(n=6) for glycyrrhizic acid. Conclusion:HPLC method determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Erke granules is reliable,accurate,sensitive, repeatable,and the content control of glycyrrhizic acid can be better for Erke granules in the particles.
